It’s been almost 2 months since I went on a Caribbean cruise for vacation. I’ve been meaning to go through the photos and post them ever since. The cruise stopped at a different island every day so while it was pretty fun, it was also exhausting. But I’d probably do it again, given the chance. And of course, the photo opportunities were amazing! I tried to take around my DSLR as much as possible, but there were quite a few times I didn’t feel like lugging the huge thing around. Not to mention how hot it was!
The ship departed from Puerto Rico and I had the opportunity to stay the night before and explore Old San Juan. I’ve since added it to my favorite places – I just loooove the color and the history! I didn’t get to explore as much as I would have liked, so I’ll definitely be going back soon!
Beautiful blue cobblestone streets, made from ships’ ballasts
From one of the many souvenir shops
The architecture and colors remind me of New Orleans
One of my most favorite photos – look at that color!
We stayed at Hotel Casablanca, which had beautiful decor
Another part of the hotel
The lobby
Pineapples from a vendor stall – delicious!
A pretty spot for a Stop sign
Stunning blue!
I love all the layers and designs in the balconies and lamppost
That turquoise is one of my favorite colors
I have so many more photos. I’ll post the rest in Part II. And I hope to post highlights from each island as well!

Wow! Love the colours there. Can’t wait to see Part II and to hear more about your cruise.
Thanks Sabrina! Now I have motivation to post more. ;)
Amazing colors! I love these! I’m jealous :-)
It is really beautiful! You should try to get down there if you get the chance.
like jessica said: im jealous. you are SO GOOD!!! i have to say that i dont usually appreciate visible “trash” in art photos but that shot of the blue cobblestones is so incredible and i think the presence of the cigarette butts actually adds to its beauty!
amazing stuff!!!
Hey, thanks Steff! (Sorry for the late reply!)
You know what they say – one man’s treasure and all that? Yeah. Haha!
